Delicious Creamy Pomegranate and Chia Seed Parfait

When you dip chia seeds in a liquid, they produce gel that looks a lot like pudding. Chia seeds are rich in proteins and have so many health benefits. We’re giving you a simple recipe to prepare the most delicious, creamy pomegranate and chia seeds parfait that tastes like heaven.




Here’s what you need to prepare the delicious parfait (2 servings):

¼ cup pomegranate juice
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped pistachios
2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
Preparation:

Mix the pomegranate juice and chia seeds in a small bowl and leave the bowl in the fridge overnight. In a small glass, add a layer of the chia mixture, then a layer of yogurt and top everything with some chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
